Timberline Steep (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship owned by Mary Knight, operating from 4492 Timberbrook Lane, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147, United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through http://affiliate.alliceteaspot.com, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
We are a small publisher. We do not sell personal information, we do not run behavioural advertising networks, and we collect as little as we can while still being able to reply to you.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, and the content of your message. We keep this only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, normally no longer than 24 months.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of each request. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults, and are retained for a maximum of 30 days.
Analytics. If you consent to analytics cookies, we collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics such as page views, approximate region and time on page, so we can tell which guides are useful. Analytics are not loaded until you consent.
Cookies. Explained in detail in our Cookie Policy. In summary: one essential cookie stores your consent choice, and optional analytics cookies run only with your permission.
What we do not collect. We do not process payments, so we never see card or bank details. We do not operate user accounts or passwords. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not build advertising audiences from it.

4. Affiliate links and third parties
Some outbound product links on this site are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination retailer or its affiliate network may set its own cookie to attribute a resulting purchase to us. Contact messages: up to 24 months. Server logs: up to 30 days. Aggregated analytics: up to 26 months. The site is served over an encrypted connection where supported, access to our mailbox is protected by multi-factor authentication, and only the owner has access to enquiry data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Residents of California may additionally request disclosure of categories of information collected and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.

8. International visitors
